A report nobody could act on
Facebook ads, one monthly report, and no way to tell whether a single enrolled family had come from it. Most of the budget was going to the agency, not to reaching parents.
Private schools, Montessori academies and childcare centres
Every school here had the same problem: a website that looked fine, an agency report that looked fine, and classrooms that were not filling. This is what changed when we took over.
Kids ’R’ Kids Blue Valley · verified July to August 2026
A Kids ’R’ Kids campus that was paying an agency every month and could not point to one enrolled family that came from it. Here is what changed in the first two months.
Facebook ads, one monthly report, and no way to tell whether a single enrolled family had come from it. Most of the budget was going to the agency, not to reaching parents.
Google, Facebook, the website form and the phone all connected to the school’s CRM, so the director could see each family’s name, where they came from, and whether anyone had called them back.
A month of real parents, a healthy share already asking about start dates, and tours booked off the back of them. Each one checked against a call recording and the CRM before it counted.
Qualified means a real child, a real start date and a real question about enrollment.

A few of the 300
Different schools, same job: find where a parent stops and fix that first. These are the nine we have permission to name.
Thirty-two years of standing and no way to book a tour. A single hero with the form in it, the accreditation moved up beside it, and navigation rebuilt around admissions. Tour bookings, bounce rate and mobile conversion all moved the right way within the quarter.
Tequesta, Florida
Structured curriculum and play-based learning, and a site that said neither. The rebuild put the whole-child approach in front of the parent instead of three clicks behind an About page.
Website and enquiry flow
Very little public content to work with. We built the case for the school out of what the staff already do daily, so a parent could tell what the place is like before visiting.
Positioning and content
Citizenship, leadership and partnership are the school’s own words. The site now leads with them rather than with a gallery, and the enrollment path runs from the first screen.
Brand and website
Full-spectrum care from infancy up, sold to families who need to know about safety first. We reordered the page around what those parents ask on the phone.
Enquiry capture
A year-round early childhood school inside the Endeavor Schools network. Digital presence rebuilt around parent engagement and authentic Montessori programmes.
Rancho Mission Viejo, California
A long-established school whose site was doing none of the persuading. Rebuilt around the tour as the single next step.
Website transformation
Programme pages rewritten for the parent doing the comparison, with the enquiry route the same on every one of them.
Website transformation
A clear path from first click to booked tour, and reporting that names which channel brought the family in.

How we count a family
Same season, same school, before and after.
We compare like with like. A quiet July next to an open-house September is not a result, and we will not show you one.
Every enquiry checked by a person.
Before a family counts, someone has listened to the call and looked at the CRM. A form fill is not a family.
We name what we did not fix, as well as what we did.
If a result came from something your team did, the write-up says so. If a channel did not work, that is in there too.
Free enrollment audit
Tell us what is going on. We look at the site, the forms and the tracking, and send back what we find.
We will review your website and what you described, and reply within one business day with what we found. No obligation. You keep the findings either way.
No call to book, no card, no contract.
A person reads your site and what you wrote.
Yours to act on, with us or without us.

A billed GLSA lead that never entered the CRM for follow-up, so it was paid for and never called back.
