This policy explains what information Campus Marketing Group (“Campus Marketing Group”, “we”, “us”) collects through campusmarketinggroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Campus Marketing Group is part of the Bright Vessel group of companies.

Information you give us

When you use the free enrollment audit form, the contact form, the free consultation form or the School Tracker AI waitlist on this site, we collect what you choose to send:

• your name, work email address and phone number;
• the name of your school and its website address;
• the problems you select and the description of your situation, on the audit form; and
• anything else you write in a message to us.

When you call us, we collect what you tell us on the call. Please do not include confidential, personal or sensitive information about others, including children, in these messages.

Information collected automatically

As with any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request information (such as browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages, keep the site secure and block abuse.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on this site. We do not set cookies ourselves; our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and bot protection.

How we use information

• to reply to your enquiry and discuss whether and how we can help;
• to prepare the audit, the dashboard or the proposal you ask for;
• to tell you when School Tracker AI is available, if you joined the waitlist;
• to protect the site and our forms from spam, fraud and abuse; and
• to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the site and deliver messages on our behalf, such as our hosting and email delivery providers.
• Affiliated companies in the Bright Vessel group that help respond to enquiries and deliver work.
• Authorities or others where the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and security.
• A successor if our business is reorganized, merged or sold.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then only for as long as we have a legitimate business need for it or the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, call us at 561-782-4583. We will verify the request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the whole site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International processing

We and our service providers are based in, or process information in, the United States and other countries where those providers operate.

Children

The site is intended for schools and the people who run them, and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to School Tracker AI, the websites of schools we have worked with, and other websites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply to information you give them.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
