About Campus Marketing Group

We learned enrollment inside 300 schools.

Fifteen years running the websites, CRMs and phone systems for schools like yours. That is where we learned what actually fills a classroom.

300+
schools
15+
years inside them

A school day

Every school runs on the same day.

  1. 7:30am Drop-off

The car line is the most-read page a school has. Parents talk to each other before they ever talk to an advert.

  2. 9:10am The office opens

The phone rings between the first bell and the second. Whoever picks it up is the school’s marketing department that morning.

  3. 11:00am A family tours

They walk the hallway once. What they remember is who met them at the door and whether anyone knew their child’s name.

  4. 3:15pm Pick-up

The busiest ten minutes of the day, and the only ones nobody measures.

  5. 6:30pm The office closes

This is when most parents start looking. The website is the only member of staff still working.

  6. 9:40pm Tomorrow’s families

A parent fills in a form from the sofa. By morning it is either a phone call or a name nobody remembers.

Why we exist

Every school we worked with had the same problem.

  1. They all had more vendors than people to manage them. A website host, an ad agency, a CRM, a review tool, a phone system, each managed by whoever had a free hour.
  2. Most lost families between the form and the phone call. Not at the advert. In the gap between a parent asking and someone answering.
  3. The ones that grew had one person who knew every enquiry by name. That is the job we took on.

What we believe

Six things that decide what we do and what we refuse to.

  1. A lead is a parent, or it is not a lead.

  2. Every number we report can be opened.

  3. No channel is billed separately, so no channel gets defended.

  4. What is already working stays.

  5. A person reads every enquiry before it counts.

  6. You keep what we find, whether you hire us or not.

  • Romina Bocon

    Romina Bocon

    Director of Web Services

Owns the technical delivery of every website we build and maintain, from scoping through launch, and coordinates the developers, QA and support behind it. She has spent years in educational technology, which is why a school's requirements reach her team as a workable plan and not a wish list.

  • Thomas Soto

    Thomas Soto

Sets the brand strategy and visual direction for every school we serve and signs off on every creative asset before it ships. He designs the homepage and landing page concepts in Figma, then leads the quality pass that checks the built site against them.

  • Mihai Domocos

    Mihai Domocos

    System Administrator

Runs the infrastructure behind our school sites: AWS server operations, security protocols, monitoring and maintenance. He is also our lead engineer on operations dashboards, and the one who caught a counterfeit plugin stealing credentials before it reached a client.

  • Liam Dunagan

  • Camila Jones

    Camila Jones

Supports the founder and the wider team across Bright Vessel, Bright Commerce and Bright Group: booking and preparing meetings, following up after trade shows and events, keeping outreach records current, and running quality checks on campaigns, landing pages and published content. Bilingual in Spanish and English, with a background in partnerships and client relations in Buenos Aires, New York and California.

  • Constanza Paredes

    Constanza Paredes

    Performance Marketing Manager

More than ten years in performance and growth marketing across Argentina, Chile, Puerto Rico and Venezuela, and Google Ads certified in Search, Display, Shopping, Video and Apps. • Grace Beroes

    Grace Beroes

    Web Services Coordinator

Runs the day-to-day of the web services team under the Director of Web Services: setting up projects, sprints and tasks, assigning developers and holding due dates, coordinating QA rounds and punch lists before a launch, and keeping clients informed through it. A Liberal Studies graduate of Universidad Metropolitana with an operations and executive support background.

  • Mario Rocha

    Mario Rocha

    WordPress Engineer

WordPress specialist responsible for core maintenance, security updates and performance across a network of more than 50 school websites. He wrote the configuration and launch standards the whole network runs on, so every new site goes live the same reliable way.

  • Nahuel Clotet

  • Kleinmann Aponte

    Kleinmann Aponte

    Software Engineer

Senior engineer specializing in custom WordPress plugin architecture and API development. He leads the build of the plugins and third-party integrations that move enrollment, payment and program data between a school's systems without anyone re-keying it.

  • Daniel Aponte

    Daniel Aponte

    Product Support and QA

  • Alfredo Jr Liwanag

Manages the content and data operations behind our school accounts: publishing pages and posts, keeping location and program data accurate across sites, and coordinating deliverables so campaigns launch complete and on time.
