Mission and identity
Dublin and Polaris, in the Columbus, Ohio, metro area, part of the Endeavor Schools network, a family of private schools unwaveringly committed to the safety, well-being, and intellectual growth of every child.
An identity rooted in a belief that every child possesses unlimited potential, and that the school’s role is to unlock it through a nurturing, high-expectation environment.
Personal integrity, patriotism, family connectedness, and character, instilled alongside the academics.
“Prep Academy is preparing our child for a solid academic future, equipped with a good foundation to excel and blazing a path for a lifelong love of learning.”
Reflecting excellence in design and UX
We structured the site around the journey of a prospective parent, from initial curiosity about the school’s approach, to understanding specific programs by age group, to taking the next step with a tour request. Each page was designed to answer the questions parents are already asking before they even make contact.
Visual storytelling that reinforces the warm, modern, and ultra-clean environment of Prep Academy’s facilities. The palette reflects the contemporary campuses and upscale suburban communities, creating an immediate impression of quality, with the campus phone number in the header.
Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, Full-Day Kindergarten and Summer Camp, each with clear descriptions of what children learn, how classrooms are structured, and what enrichment is included. The Accelerated Program is presented as a differentiator parents can understand and trust, not just a brand name.
Program pages that walk families through each developmental stage. Location pages for Dublin and Polaris give each campus its own voice and community context, and calls to action guide families to schedule tours, review tuition information, and connect with the admissions team.
Outcome
The final digital experience clearly communicates their academic philosophy, their individualized approach, and their commitment to family partnership. Prospective families arrive informed, engaged, and confident, making it easier for Prep Academy to convert website visitors into enrolled students.
